Large Format Pattern Digitizing
iDigit XL is a customizable large-format template digitizing system that consists of the following components:​

Large doesn’t have to be cumbersome, neither should it mean compromise on accuracy. iDigit XL lets you digitize your largest patterns in flexible ways that would suit your workspace.

The precisely printed circles along the edges of the iDigit board allow the iDigit software to do its number crunching for correcting optical distortions and producing precise digitizing results. This key feature allows iDigit to adapt to any environment in terms of how the board and camera are utilized.
Customized XL Digitizing
We know that each customer’s digitizing requirements are unique, just like their office, studio, workshop or atelier which they use for their CAD/CAM operations such as digitizing, designing and cutting templates, and ultimately putting them together to manufacture the final product.

iDigit XL boards can be customized in different aspects for fitting these requirements:

Size: Although the most preferred iDigit XL board sizes are 200x150cm, 240x150cm and 300x150cm the board size can be customized as per requirements.

Colour: iDigit board comes in two colour options, which are black and white. The choice would be made according to the template colour for ensuring the optimal contrast is achieved.

Installation: Although most iDigit XL boards are laid flat (on a table, on the floor or on a cutting machine) for easy handling of large templates, it’s possible to install them vertically on a wall, or even at an angle. Depending on the installation type, the camera can be either fixed on a wall or ceiling with the provided camera arm, can be mounted on a tripod on the floor or even can be held by hand in case of vertical setup. In case of horizontal setup, the camera is linked to the computer for shooting pictures conveniently.
